Processing & Production Times
Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order.
• Custom orders: Production times are listed on the product page and/or at checkout
• In-stock items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days
Production times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
• Canada
• United States
If you require shipping outside these regions, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Item size and weight
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. orders shipping from Canada:
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• Beneath The Bark is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Beneath The Bark is not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delays or losses due to address errors
Reshipping costs may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the item and packaging
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Beneath The Bark is not responsible for theft or loss due to unsecured delivery locations.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
